The Corporate Account is a facility at www.bdjobs.com website that ensures your unique and secure access to your corporate space at bdjobs.com for posting jobs and subscription of resumes. It is the primary requirement for an organization to have a Corporate Account at bdjobs.com website to avail any facilities for corporate offered by Bdjobs.com Ltd.
2. What are corporate User Name / Password?   [Go Top]
The User Name and Password is your login credential to your bdjobs.com corporate account. With the User Name/Password, you can login to corporate control panel for posting new job circulation and also subscribe submitted resumes.
3. Can I change my corporate User Name?   [Go Top]
No you cannot change your corporate User Name.
4. How can I change Password to my account?   [Go Top]
To change your Password, follow the steps:
  • Login to your corporate control panel.
  • Click on Change Password option.
  • Type your Old Password.
  • Type your New Password.
  • Retype your new password and click Submit button.
5. If I forget my corporate User Name/Password how can I retrieve them?    [Go Top]
To retrieve your lost/forgotten User Name/Password follow the steps:
  • Click at the link For Employer available at bdjobs.com home page.
  • The login facility to your corporate account will appear, now click on the link ‘Forgot your company password’ available under the Login button.
  • A new page will appear; type your corporate e-mail address which you have provided in your account.
  • Click Submit button. Your login information (User Name/Password) will be sent to your e-mail address.
6. How can I get informed about my payment status from bdjobs.com website?   [Go Top]
To know about your payment status, follow the steps:
  • Login to your corporate control panel.
  • Click on Payment Status option.
  • A page will appear containing information about invoices that are issued against your posted jobs.
  • Click any invoice number to see its details.

E-mail Notification is a process initiated by Bdjobs.com to inform you about the services of bdjobs.com through e-mail.
8. What I have to do to publish a job circulation at bdjobs.com website?   [Go Top]
To publish a job circulation requires you to have a corporate account at bdjobs.com website. Follow the steps to publish your job if you already have a corporate account:
  • Login to your corporate control panel.
  • Click Post a New Job Info option available at Main Menu section.
  • The first step of the job posting panel will appear. Fill up all necessary fields.
  • Click on Continue button. The system will take you to the second (final) step of the job posting panel.
  • Fill up all the necessary fields and click Submit button.
9. What are the ways to subscribe resumes that are suppose to be submitted against my circulated job at bdjobs.com website?   [Go Top]
There are three ways to subscribe resume through your posted jobs. Details of these are stated bellow:
  • Online CV/Resume: This option allows job seekers to apply your job through online. A button captioned Apply Online will always appear in your job circulation page. Job seekers will use it to apply in your job. You can subscribe resumes which are submitted through this option by login to your corporate panel.

  • E-Mail Attachment: The resumes will be submitted into your provided email address. Job seekers will be asked to send their resumes as an attachment in that email address.

  • Hard Copy: Applicant will be asked to send their hard copy resume in your provided corporate address.

10. Can I subscribe resumes without publishing any job circulation?   [Go Top]
Yes you can subscribe resumes without publishing job circulation. In that case, you have to purchase our package Online CV Database Access which provides you advance searching tools to search resumes in our database.
11. Is it possible to publish a job circulation without disclosing my organization's identity?   [Go Top]
Yes it is possible to publish a job circulation without disclosing your organization’s identity. To do this, follow the steps:
  • Go to the first step of job posting panel
  • Look at the field ‘In this job do you want to display’ where you have to select Other option then the field Enter text to be displayed as Company Name will be enabled and put the alternate company name on that field. Continue the job posting process, your organization's identity will not appear in the job circulation.
12. How long my published job will remain at bdjobs.com website?   [Go Top]
The job will remain at category section for maximum 30 days from the posting date. However you can settle the application deadline of your posted job in any date within this 30 days boundary.
13. What is Application Deadline?   [Go Top]
The Application Deadline is the last date for the applicant to submit their resumes for your posted job. After the declared deadline applicants will not be able to submit their resumes.
14. Is it possible to extend the Application Deadline of my already published job?   [Go Top]
It is possible to extend the Application Deadline of your already posted job if the date not exceed 30 days period from the posting of that job circulation.
15. Is it possible to edit/modify any text/figure of my already published job circulation at bdjobs.com website?    [Go Top]
Yes, it is possible to modify any text/figure of your already posted job circulation. To do this, follow the steps:
  • Login to your corporate control panel.
  • Click Edit button () available next to the job title.
  • Modify any text/figure and click the Submit button.
16. What I have to do, if I need to republish one of my previously posted jobs?   [Go Top]
Follow the steps to republish your previously posted job:
  • Login to your corporate panel.
  • Click Repost button () available next to the job title.
  • Change Application Deadline or any text/figure if required and click Submit button.
17. Can I post job circulation in more then one category?   [Go Top]
No you cannot post your job circulation in more then one category.
18. Is it possible to delete any of my job circulation from my corporate panel?   [Go Top]
No there is no option to delete any job circulation from your corporate panel.
19. What is category Jobs?   [Go Top]
A job announcement published in a specific work area/category at bdjobs.com website considered as a category job. For example a vacancy for the position of Accounts Officer can be posted in Accounts/Finance category.
20. What is Hot Jobs?   [Go Top]
The job advertisement published in the home page at hot job section of bdjobs.com website where it contains its own customized page design with company logo.
21. What are the differences between Hot Jobs and Category Jobs?   [Go Top]
The differences between hot jobs and category jobs are:
  • Hot jobs are publish in the home page at hot jobs section with company logo, and also in the category jobs section but an ordinary category job is published only in category section without company logo.
  • A hot job contains its own customized designed page with company logo to show the job details where as a category job show its details in the general designed page to show its details and company logo is not displayed on that page.
22. How can I get informed about how many resumes submitted against my posted job?   [Go Top]
To get the figure, login to your corporate panel, there is a column Applied next to the job title contains the number of submitted resumes against your job (excluding Email Attachment and Hard Copy resume).
23. How can I access submitted resumes against my posed job?   [Go Top]
To access submitted resumes follow the steps:
  • Login to your corporate control panel.
  • Click on the number belongs to the column Applied next to the job title.
  • System will provide you the list of resumes (20 resumes in each page) submitted against you job circulation.
  • To view the detailed resume click on the applicant’s name.
24. How can I filter resumes submitted against my posted job?   [Go Top]
To filter resumes that are submitted against the posted job, follow the steps:
  • Login to your corporate control panel.
  • Click on the number belongs to the column Appliednext to the job title.
  • System will provide you the list of resumes (20 resumes in each page) submitted against you job circulation. At the top of this page there is a panel titled Application Search Control Panel set your filtering criteria there and click Show Record button
25. Are there any facilities available at bdjobs.com website to mark resume as short listed or rejected?   [Go Top]
Yes you can mark resumes as short listed or rejected. To do this, follow the steps:
  • Login to your corporate control panel.
  • Click on the number belongs to the column Applied next to the job title.
  • System will provide you the list of resumes (20 resumes in each page) submitted against you job circulation.
  • Tick the box belongs to the Action column of a resume.
  • At the end of the page there are two buttons Short List and Reject. Click Short List button to short list the resume or click Reject button otherwise.
26. Is there any option available to send e-mail to an applicant after reviewing a resume from bdjobs.com website?   [Go Top]
Yes, there is an option available to send email to applicant after reviewing resume. Follow the steps to send email from bdjobs.com website:
  • Open any resume from your corporate panel.
  • Click Email To Applicant button available at the top of the resume. A page titled Email to Applicant will appear.
  • After filling up the necessary fields click the Send Mail button.
27. Is there any option to make comments on any reviewed resume?    [Go Top]
To set comments on a particular resume follow the steps:
  • Open any resume from your corporate panel.
  • Click Set Comments button.
  • A new window will appear, select a value from the field Set Resume Status.
  • Type Comments.
  • Click Submit button.
28. Is it possible to figure out how many times a job seeker apply to my organization?   [Go Top]
Yes it is possible to figure out how many times an applicant apply to your organization. Just follow the steps:
  • Login to your corporate control panel.
  • Click on the number belongs to the column Applied next to the job title.
  • System will provide you the list of resumes (20 resumes in each page) submitted against you job circulation.
  • In each row there is a caption No. of job Applied at Name/Comments column where a number shows how many times that particular applicant apply to you company in various position. To see more details just click on that number link.
29. I need to see which resumes I have viewed, shortlist and reject separately, is there any option available?   [Go Top]
Yes it is possible to see separately which resumes you have short listed rejected and viewed separately. Just go to the resume listing page and you will find links Short Listed, Viewed and also Rejected. To see click any of the link of your choice.
